His roles have included product development and network management for Nynex, SiemensNixdorf and Eircom. A key member of the team that started eircom.net, he was appointed manager of Eircom’s multimedia operations center, leaving to co-found AirSpeed Telecom. He specialises in the emerging commercial applications of telecommunications including Internet, Cable TV and Wireless.
